Carolina Meligeni Rodrigues Alves , short: Carolina M. Alves (born April 23, 1996 ) is a Brazilian tennis player .

Career

Alves started playing tennis at the age of five and prefers clay courts. She mainly plays tournaments on the ITF Women's World Tennis Tour , where she has won three singles and 14 doubles to date.

In 2017 Alves played for the Brazilian Fed Cup team for the first time ; their Fed Cup record shows so far six wins in one defeat.

Her brother Felipe Meligeni Alves is also a tennis player. Her uncle Fernando Meligeni was a successful tennis player in the 1990s.
