Liz Camila Giangreco Campiz (born August 24, 1996 in Asunción ) is a Paraguayan tennis player .

Career

Giangreco Campiz started playing tennis at the age of six and prefers hard courts. She mainly plays on the ITF Women's World Tennis Tour , on which she has won two singles and 20 doubles titles.

In the junior doubles at the French Open 2013 and in the junior singles at the US Open 2013 , she reached the round of 16.

She competed in all three disciplines at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympic Games . In the girls' singles she reached the round of 16 with a victory over Ye Qiuyu , where she was defeated by Iryna Schymanowitsch . In the girls' doubles and mixed , she reached the quarter-finals.

At the Pan American Games in 2015 , she competed in singles , but lost in the first round against Andrea Gámiz 3: 6 and 5: 7.

At the South American Games in 2018 , she competed in singles and doubles for Paraguay. In the women's singles she reached the quarter-finals, in the women's doubles she won the silver medal with her partner Montserrat González .

From 2013 to 2017 she was part of the Paraguayan Fed Cup team , for which she was used nine times. Of her six singles and six doubles, she could not win a single but four doubles.
