Caroline Williams (actress)

Caroline Williams (born March 27, 1957 ) is an American actress .

Life

Williams made her debut at the side of Bruce Dern and Melanie Griffith in the comedy Loud nice girls from 1975. In the action thriller Inferno USA (1986) she played one of the bigger roles. In the horror comedy Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 (1986) she took on one of the leading roles alongside Dennis Hopper , for which she received a prize at the Sitges Festival Internacional de Cinema de Catalunya in 1986 . This was followed by a larger role in the horror film Stepfather II (1989) with Terry O'Quinn and Meg Foster and an appearance as the wife of Rowdy Burns (Michael Rooker ) in the sports film Days of Thunder (1990) with Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman in the lead roles. In the action film Flashfire (1993) she played a bigger role on the side of Billy Zane and Louis Gossett junior . In 2009 she was named Dr. Maple in Rob Zombie 's Halloween II and 2012 for Eric England's Contracted in front of the camera.

Williams is married to PR expert Andrew Lipschultz and has two children.
