Casimiro López Llorente (born November 10, 1950 in El Burgo de Osma ) is Bishop of Segorbe-Castellón de la Plana .

Life

Casimiro López Llorente received on 6 April 1975, the sacrament of Holy Orders . John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Zamora on February 2, 2001 .

The apostolic nuncio in Spain and Andorra , Manuel Monteiro de Castro , consecrated him bishop on March 25 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Antonio María Cardinal Rouco Varela , Archbishop of Madrid , and José Delicado Baeza , Archbishop of Valladolid .

Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on April 25, 2006 Bishop of Segorbe - Castellón de la Plana . As a motto he chose In servitium communionis .
