Cecilie Uttrup Ludwig (born August 23, 1995 in Frederiksberg ) is a Danish cyclist.
Uttrup Ludwig was a swimmer in her youth before she decided to go cycling. In 2012, Cecilie Uttrup Ludwig won the silver medal in the junior women’s individual time trial at the road world championships .
In 2014 she was with the Danish team Rytger for the first time with a UCI Women's team . In 2016 Uttrup Ludwig switched to the BMS BIRN team and won the overall ranking and two stages of the Tour de Feminin - O cenu Českého Švýcarska as well as the junior ranking , at the Ladies Tour of Norway she won the mountain ranking . At the European Championships (U23) she won the silver medal in the road race and was Danish champion in the individual time trial in the same year.
In 2017 she moved to Cervélo Bigla and won the overall classification of the very first edition of the Setmana Ciclista Valenciana race . At the Danish championships she was able to defend her title in the individual time trial. Furthermore, she won the junior competition at the Giro d'Italia Femminile and was second in the U23 time trial at the European Championships in Denmark behind her compatriot Pernille Mathiesen . In the Tuscany Tour , Uttrup Ludwig was second in the overall ranking and winner of the junior ranking. At the World Championships in Bergen , Norway , she won the bronze medal in the team time trial with her team and finished the individual time trial in 10th place. She finished the season as the first in the junior competition of the UCI Women's World Tour .
In 2018 she became Danish champion in the individual time trial for the third time in a row, finished sixth in the overall standings at the Giro d'Italia Femminile and a little later came fourth at La Course by Le Tour de France .
