Chang'an (Xi'an)
The Chang'an District ( Chinese 长安区 , Pinyin Cháng'ān Qū ) is a district of the sub-provincial city of Xi'an in the Chinese province of Shaanxi . It has an area of 1583 and 1578 km² and has a population of around 910,000 (2003).
In the municipality is the Xingjiao Temple whose pagoda, along with the likewise located in the district Shandao Pagoda of Xiangji temple , the pagoda of Shengshou Temple and the Pagoda of Huayan Temple on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China is .
Administrative structure
At the municipality level, the municipality is made up of fifteen street districts, two large municipalities and eight municipalities.
