Charles screeches

Charles Kreische (born September 23, 1995 in Cottbus ) is a German musical actor .

Life

Charles Kreische grew up in Cottbus . At the age of 6 he became a member of the children's choir of the Cottbus State Theater and appeared there in numerous operas such as La Bohème , Der Rosenkavalier or Das Rheingold . From the age of twelve he received singing lessons at the Cottbus Conservatory .

After graduating from high school , Kreische trained as a musical performer at the Joop van den Ende Academy in Hamburg . He then moved to Vienna , where he made his professional debut as Herbert in the anniversary production of Roman Polański's “ Dance of the Vampires ” at the Ronacher in Vienna . Also there he was engaged in 2018 as Annas in " Jesus Christ Superstar ". From November 2018 he was on tour as Billy Kostecki with " Dirty Dancing ". After the last performance at the Deutsches Theater in Munich , he dropped out of production to rehearse for the musical “ The fabulous world of Amélie ” in the Werk 7 theater . There he created the role of Lucien and was the understudy of Nino and Hipolito / Elton.

Since October 15, 2019, Kreische can be seen in a production of "Tanz der Vampire" as Herbert in the Metronom Theater in Oberhausen .
