Claude-Yves Gosselin (born December 19, 1961 in Caen ) is a French racing driver and entrepreneur.

Claude-Yves Gosselin is CEO of Gosselin , a French family company that operates on every continent and that has its headquarters in Lille and produces laboratory equipment.

Career in motorsport

Via the national Formula Opel Championship , Gosselin entered the International Formula 3000 Championship in 1995 with his own racing team . The season was not very successful and Gosselin switched to GT racing the following year . He drove in the Porsche Supercup , the French GT championship and from 1999 for Paul Belmondo's team in the FIA GT championship .

Between 1998 and 2015 Gosselin competed in 94 GT and sports car races. His best place was second overall, which he and Belmondo achieved in 1999 at the 500 km race in Valencia , part of the French GT Championship . There were also six third places in the overall rankings and two class wins.

In 2004 he made his debut at the 24 Hours of Le Mans , where he achieved the best overall position in 2005 with 21st place. After a few racing seasons in the European Le Mans Series , he has been active in the Blancpain Endurance Series since 2012 .
