Claudio De Simone

Claudio De Simone (* 1984 in Hagen ) is a German - Italian actor .

Life

Claudio De Simone made his first stage experiences in youth theater productions at the Schauspielhaus Dortmund and at the "Lutz-Bühne" (young stage lutzhagen), the own children's and youth theater division at the Hagen Theater .

He received his acting training at California State University, East Bay (2012), where he also participated in various theater productions, at the Arturo Drama School in Cologne (2014–2015) and at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute in Los Angeles (2015). At the Stage of Cultures he appeared in 2016 as Mercutio ( Romeo and Juliet ), Sebastian ( What you want ) and Franz Moor ( The Robbers ).

Since 2011 he has also been in front of the camera for film and television productions, where he a. a. worked together with Sönke Wortmann , Stephan Meyer , Ralf Huettner , Urs Egger and Ulrich Zrenner .

In the TV series Der Knastarzt (2014) he had a serial role as the turnkey Marc. He was also part of the regular cast of the Falk law series (2018). He was seen in supporting roles in several Tatort productions. In the feature-length opening episode of the 15th season of the ZDF series The Public Prosecutor with the title The Public Prosecutor: Zero Tolerance (first broadcast: January 2020), De Simone took on the episode roles as Luca Marini, the "right hand" of the local Mafia governor ( Emilio De Marchi ).

Claudio De Simone also worked as an advertising actor ( Krombacher , Ferrero , Deutsche Bahn , Motorola , Jack & Jones ) and model .

Claudio De Simone lives in Cologne and Berlin .
