The Clignon is a river in France . It rises near Bézuet , in the municipality of Bézu-Saint-Germain . The Clignon drains westwards and after 30 kilometers flows into the Grand Pré marshland , east of Neufchelles, as a left tributary into the Ourcq .

On its way it crosses the Aisne , Seine-et-Marne departments and flows into the Ourcq just after crossing the border in the Oise department .

In the estuary, at Montigny-l'Allier , water from the river is diverted into the Canal du Clignon and used to supply water to the Canal de l'Ourcq . The Canal du Clignon is only navigable for small boats.
