Colin Alexander Cunningham (born August 20, 1966 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American actor .

Life

Colin Cunningham grew up with a sister and brother in Los Angeles. He came to the theater through a friend and gained his first experience as an actor on stage. In 1993 he left the city of his birth for Canada , where he attended a professional film school in Vancouver.

As a trained actor, Cunningham played Major Paul Davis in 15 episodes in the science fiction series Stargate - Kommando SG-1 . In the Canadian series Da Vinci's Inquest and its sequel in 2006, he played the police officer Brian Curtis . Other series he appeared in include Flashpoint - Das Spezialkommando , The L Word - When Women Love Women and Falling Skies .

Cinematically, he was already seen in 2000 as a clone opponent Tripp in The 6th Day . In 2005 he appeared in Elektra as the main character's agent. In 2007 he made his own 20-minute short film called Centigrade , in which he both directed and played the lead role. Cunningham now lives in Vancouver , British Columbia, Canada .
