The Communauté d'agglomération Terre de Provence is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté d'agglomération in the department of Bouches-du-Rhône in the region of Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur . It was founded on December 24, 1996 and comprises 13 parishes. The administrative headquarters are in Eyragues .

history

On December 24, 1996, the municipalities of Barbentane , Eyragues , Graveson , Maillane and Rognonas founded the Communauté de communes Rhône Alpilles Durance . The municipalities of Cabannes , Châteaurenard , Noves , Saint-Andiol and Verquières followed on November 22, 2001. Orgon and Plan-d'Orgon followed in January 2013 and Mollégès joined at the beginning of 2014 . The community association became the Communauté d'agglomération Rhône Alpilles Durance , and in 2015 it was renamed the Communauté d'agglomération Terre de Provence .
