The Communauté d'agglomération du Grand Gueret is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté d'agglomération in the department of Creuse in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It was founded on November 27, 2012 and comprises 25 parishes. The administrative headquarters are located in the city of Guéret .

Historical development

With effect from January 1, 2018, the municipalities of Mazeirat , Peyrabout and Saint-Yrieix-les-Bois left the Communauté de communes Creuse Sud Ouest and joined the local association.
