Geography and infrastructure

The neighboring municipalities are Saint-Laurent in the north, Mazeirat in the east, Saint-Yrieix-les-Bois in the south, Peyrabout in the southwest and Saint-Feyre in the west. The former route national 142 and today's departmental road D942 leads via La Saunière. A railway line crosses the municipal marker; the nearest train station is in Ahun .
