Saint-Fiel is a commune in the French region of Nouvelle-Aquitaine , in the Creuse department , in the Arrondissement of Guéret and in the canton of Saint-Vaury ( canton of Guéret-Nord until 2015 ). It borders in the northwest on Anzême , in the northeast on Glénic , in the southeast of Sainte-Feyre , in the southwest of Gueret and on the west by Saint-Sulpice-le-Guérétois .
