Saint-Sulpice-le-Guérétois is located about 4.5 kilometers northwest of Guéret . The national route 145 (also European route 62 ) leads through the municipality. The municipality includes the smaller towns of La Bussière , Theix , Mouchetard , Coussières and Claverolles .
