Sainte-Feyre ( Occitan Senta Feira ) is a French municipality with 2472 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It is located in the department of Creuse , in district Gueret and in the Canton of Guéret-1 (2015 Canton Guéret-Sud-Est ).

Sainte-Feyre is about 6.5 kilometers southeast of Guéret . In the northeast, the Creuse limits the community. The national route 145 runs through the north of the municipality .
