The Communauté de communes Val de l'Indre-Brenne is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Indre in the Region Center-Val de Loire . It was founded on December 30, 1997 and comprises 12 parishes, the administrative seat is in La Chapelle-Orthemale .
The community association is named after the valley ( French "val" ) of the river Indre and the Brenne landscape .
