The Communauté de communes de Vinay was a French association of municipalities ( Communauté de communes ) in Isère in the region Rhône-Alpes . It was founded on January 1, 1994 and at the end of 2012 it merged with the Communauté de communes de Vercors Isère to form the new Communauté de communes Chambaran Vinay Vercors . The last president was Albert Buisson.
