The Communauté de communes du Haut Limousin is a former French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Haute-Vienne in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It was founded on December 31, 1996 and comprised 17 parishes. The administrative seat was in Bellac .

Historical development

With the merger of the previous municipalities of Bussière-Boffy and Mézières-sur-Issoire as Commune nouvelle Val d'Issoire , the number of member municipalities was reduced to 17 with effect from January 1, 2016.

With effect from January 1, 2017, the community association merged

and thus formed the successor organization Communauté de communes Haut Limousin en Marche .
