Peyrat-de-Bellac , in Occitan Pairac de Belac , is a municipality in France . It belongs to the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region , the Haute-Vienne department , the Bellac arrondissement and the Bellac canton . It is bordered by Saint-Bonnet-de-Bellac in the north-west, La Croix-sur-Gartempe in the north, Saint-Ouen-sur-Gartempe in the north-east, Blanzac in the east, Bellac in the south-east and Blond and Val in the south-east d'Issoire with Mézières-sur-Issoire . The Gartempe forms the municipality boundary in the north. The residents call themselves Peyrachons .
