Saint-Martial-sur-Isop is a French commune in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine , in the Haute-Vienne department and Arrondissement of Bellac . It borders in the north on Val-d'Oire-et-Gartempe with Saint-Barbant , in the east on Saint-Bonnet-de-Bellac , in the south on Val d'Issoire with Mézières-sur-Issoire , in the south-west on Gajoubert and im West with Asnières-sur-Blour . The village was defeated in 2015 from the dissolving canton of Mézières-sur-Issoire to the canton of Bellac .
