Works

Jaxy's works are characterized by an affinity for the technical and the architectural, he is fascinated by the construction - whether this is real, built architecture, whether it is technical structures, such as cranes at the harbor or a roller coaster, or whether it is the confusion of the overstretched shadows cast by scaffolding is that achieves a stage-like effect in terms of dynamics. The implementation of his perception is varied: he draws, paints, prints, creates objects and sculptures, and realizes installations. Energy, dynamism, movement characterize his work - with sweeping gestures and rapid ductus, Jaxy sets lines and signs - you can literally feel the physical effort. Due to the restriction to black and white tones, even the smallest works achieve an impressive intensity and power.
