Cora Vlot (born February 21, 1964 in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht ) is a former Dutch triathlete , multiple Dutch champion over the long distance (1998, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005) and the middle distance (2003).

Career

For many years, Cora Vlot competed in triathlons mainly in long or ironman distance competitions (3.8 km swimming, 180 km cycling and 42.2 km running).

In 1993 she took part in the Almere Triathlon on the long distance for the first time and took fourth place. As a result, she was able to win this race four times (2001, 2003, 2004 and 2005).

In 1999 Volt was third at the European Triathlon Championships on the long distance.
