Corbera de Llobregat is a Catalan city ​​in the province of Barcelona in northeastern Spain . It is located in the Comarca Baix Llobregat and belongs to the metropolitan area Àrea Metropolitana de Barcelona .

Corbera de Llobregat is first mentioned in 992. The church of Sant Cristòfol de Corbera , built in the 11th century, is one of the oldest buildings in the village . The monastery of Sant Ponç de Corbera , which is located in Cervelló , but historically belonged to Corbera, also dates from the same period .
