Cornelia Klettke

Cornelia Klettke (born April 30, 1958 in Buxtehude ) is a German novelist .

life and work

After graduating from high school in Kiel in 1976 , she studied Romance philology (French, Italian, Spanish), German philology, art history and philosophy at the Universities of Kiel, Montpellier , Firenze , Perugia and at Smith College from 1976 to 1984 . From 1984 to 1986 she had a doctoral scholarship to promote young academics and artists in Schleswig-Holstein. From 1987 to 1988 she was a research assistant at the Romance Department at Kiel University . From 1991 to 1993 she was a research assistant at the Institute for Literary Studies at the University of Stuttgart . From 1993 to 2000 she was a research assistant and research assistant at the Institute for Romance Studies at the University of Rostock . In 2000 she became a private lecturer for Romance philology in Rostock . From 2000 to 2005 she represented the Romance department at the Universities of Bamberg , Mainz , Greifswald and Erfurt and was senior assistant at the University of Münster . In 2005 she became an adjunct professor for Romance Philology (literary studies) at the University of Rostock. From 2005 to 2006 she taught as a professor for Romance literature (French / Italian) at the University of Cologne . Since 2006 she has been Professor (W3) for Romance Literature (French / Italian) at the University of Potsdam .
