Corrèze in Tulle

The Corrèze is a river in France that runs in the Corrèze department of the same name in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region . It rises on the Plateau de Millevaches in the Millevaches en Limousin Regional Nature Park . Its source is in the municipality of Pérols-sur-Vézère , on the southern slope of the Puy Chabrol . The Corrèze generally drains south-west and flows 95 kilometers west of Brive-la-Gaillarde into the Vézère as a left tributary . The wild river course has largely been preserved and is particularly suitable for all kinds of white water sports, such as white water paddling or rafting .
