Cyprian Godebski (born October 30, 1835 in Méry-sur-Cher in France , † November 25, 1909 in Paris ) was a Polish sculptor.

Cyprian Godebski was the grandson of the writer Cyprian Godebski and the son of the historian Franciszek Ksawery Godebski, curator of the Lviv Ossolineum Institute. He attended the Polish elementary school in Batignolles and studied sculpture in Paris with François Jouffroy . In 1858 he moved to Lviv , 1861 to Vienna and 1863 to Saint Petersburg , where he was appointed professor at the Academy of Fine Arts .

During his stay in Paris he ran an artistic-literary salon. In 1877 he was elected a member of the French National Academy, and in 1889 an officer of the Legion of Honor . His daughter, Misia Sert , was a patron of the artists.
