Czarnożyły ( German Czarnozyly , 1943-1945 Schwarzgrund ) is a village and seat of the municipality of the same name in the powiat Wieluński of the Łódź Voivodeship , Poland .

During the German occupation from 1939 to 1945, the community area belonged to the Reich and was part of the Welun district in the Reichsgau Wartheland .
