Daisuke Suzuki ( Japanese 鈴木 大 輔 , Suzuki Daisuke ; born January 29, 1990 in Tokyo Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player on the position of defender.
Career
society
Daisuke Suzuki began playing soccer at Nakayoshi SS (Nakayoshi Sports Shōnendan), an elementary school team in Kanazawa . He then played for several youth teams, including Nakayoshi SS, the youth team of Teihens FC in Hakusan and at his Seiryo high school in Kanazawa, which was able to qualify for the national high school tournament every year in the 2000s. In 2008 he moved to Albirex Niigata in Niigata . Suzuki made his debut for Albirex Niigata in the 2010 season. On May 1, he faced Vissel Kobe in a 2-1 win on the field. By 2012 he had completed 57 games for Albirex Niigata. In 2013 he moved to Kashiwa for the first division club Kashiwa Reysol . For Kashiwa, he completed 89 games in the J1 League and scored seven goals. He moved to Europe in 2016. Here he signed a contract with Gimnàstic de Tarragona in the Catalan city of Tarragona in Spain . He played for Gimnàstic de Tarragona until mid-2018. After 69 games, his contract was not extended. From July 2018 to September 2018 he was without a contract and without a club. In September, his former club Kashiwa Reysol signed him until the end of the year. In 2019 he signed a contract with the first division Urawa Red Diamonds . The association is based in Urawa , a district of the city of Saitama .
National team
In 2012 he was in the squad for the Olympic Games and was used in all six games. In the game for third place, the team lost to South Korea 2-0. He played nine times for the U-23 national team .
