Daniel "Dan" Schreiber (born June 30, 1985 in Troy , Ohio ) is an American poker player and e-sportsman .

Career

Schreiber played before his poker career in South Korea in the team Hexatron professional strategy game real-time StarCraft .

He won in mid-June 2007 , the Heads-Up Championship of the World Series of Poker (WSOP) in the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas . Schreiber secured a bonus of around 425,000 US dollars and was the fifth youngest player ever to receive a bracelet at the time. Subsequently, major successes remained in his poker career. Schreiber won his last prize money to date in January 2015 at a WSOP circuit tournament in Durant .

In total, Schreiber earned around $ 700,000 in poker in live tournaments. Online he played under the nickname rekrul .
