Heads-Up Championship
The Heads-Up Championship is a poker tournament that is played once a year at the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas .

The tournament is played in the variant No-Limit Texas Hold'em . It was first on the tournament schedule at the 2007 World Series of Poker . From 2008 bis 2019 the buy-in for the main tournament series was 10,000 dollars . 2010 , there were also within the framework of the World Series of Poker Europe in London , a heads-up tournament with 10,000 pounds buy-in. In 2012 , a heads-up event with a mix of No-Limit Hold'em and Pot Limit Omaha was played once .
