Dan Andriano

Dan Andriano (* 27. June 1977 in Elgin , Illinois) is an American musician and bassist and second vocalist of from Chicago coming punk band Alkaline Trio . He used to play bass in the ska-punk band Slapstick , and he was also the singer and bassist in the band Tuesday . Dan Andriano joined Alkaline Trio as bassist in 1997 after former bassist Rob Doran left the band. His voice has been compared to that of Elvis Costello .

In 2002, at about the same time as the split EP of his Alkaline trio colleague Matt Skiba , such a work was released with Andriano's participation, in collaboration with Mike Felumlee , the trio's former drummer. He is now also active in the side project The Falcon , which also includes musicians from The Lawrence Arms and Rise Against .
