Daniel Peter Webber (born June 28, 1988 in Gosford , New South Wales ) is an Australian actor who first gained international fame for his role as Darius in the British-Australian sci-fi series K-9 . After appearances in various other productions and a role in the Australian soap opera Home and Away , he was cast for the role of Lee Harvey Oswald in the US series 11.22.63 - The attack .

life and career

Daniel Webber was born on June 28, 1988 in the Australian coastal town of Gosford, New South Wales, to Peter and Vick Webber. His father has been running a tree removal company there for over 20 years. In Gosford he grew up alongside his older sister Kylie and his younger sister Sarah. At a young age he was trained as a trampoline gymnast and competed in Australia, New Zealand , Canada and the Middle East . He first gained notoriety when he starred in David Field's directorial debut The Combination in the role of Jason . Among other things, this earned him his own agent, who brought him to a series appearance in All Saints , among other things . He was subsequently cast in the short film Multiple Choice in 2009 , but also for one of the leading roles in the short-lived British-Australian sci-fi series K-9 . As Darius, he appeared in all 26 episodes broadcast from 2009 to 2010.
