action
A nameless man dumped five bombs in the Sri Lankan capital Colombo (in a bus, a shopping center, a police station and a local train; the location of the fifth bomb is not shown). Then he positions himself on a high-rise construction site in order to have the goals in view. He informs DIG DaSilva about the presence of the bombs on his private cell phone and also tells him the location of a bomb - the police station. The man's demand is the release of four known and convicted terrorists within the next three hours. DaSilva is undecided about the type of information. After the phone call with the DIG, the nameless man informs a reporter from a TV station about the presence of the bomb in the police station. She drives there with her cameraman and finds the information confirmed. After the bomb was found in the police station, DaSilva called the heads of the anti-terrorist units and started a search for the bomber.
The four terrorists are escorted to Katukurunda Airport by two police officers . There there is an argument between the police officers as to whether all four should get on the waiting plane and escape, although the location of the other bombs is not yet known. During the dispute between the two police officers, three terrorists escape to the plane. Shortly after they have taken their seats on the plane, a cell phone waiting there rings. When answering the call, the aircraft explodes. Since the nameless man has noticed that only three terrorists have boarded, he confronts the police with a difficult choice: They should kill the fourth terrorist. Then another argument breaks out between the two policemen and the fourth terrorist uses this to escape. In the subsequent plot, both police officers agree: They shoot the terrorist.
When looking for the nameless man, there are also some complications with the officers who have been called. This leads DaSilva to go on the hunt for the assassin on her own. He finds him at a train station and starts talking to him there. He lets the unknown man go his way.
