David Lewis (actor, 1976)

David Lewis (* 4. August 1976 in Vancouver , British Columbia as David Fouts ) is a Canadian actor . Since 1988 he has appeared in more than 170 film and television productions. In 2015 he received a Leo Award for his role in the web series Lying and Dying .
