Debra L. Feuer (born January 12, 1959 ) is an American actress .

Life

Debra Feuer is the daughter of a show dancer and keyboardist Ron Feuer. Her sister Tamara is an artist and her brother Ian Feuer is a former soccer goalkeeper who was under contract with West Ham United and is currently a goalkeeping coach at Los Angeles Galaxy . While filming the film Hardcase , she met Mickey Rourke in 1980 , and the two married that same year. The marriage was divorced again in 1989 .

Career

Debra Feuer made her acting debut in 1977 in the film Beyond Reason by and with Telly Savalas . Then she was seen in 1978 in an episode each of Fantasy Island and Love Boat and in the drama Moment by Moment directed by Jane Wagner , alongside John Travolta and Lily Tomlin as Stacie . In 1979, Fire had a small role as Beckie Mae in A Duke Seldom Comes Alone , in The Ghost of General Lee (episode 2x06). In 1980 she appeared in a supporting role in The Hollywood Knights , a comedy starring Michelle Pfeiffer and Fran Drescher . In the US TV film Hardcase , she was seen alongside Mickey Rourke . She received her first major supporting role in Life and Die in LA , by William Friedkin , with Willem Dafoe and William Petersen in the lead roles. In 1987 she was the leading actress alongside Adriano Celentano in "Der Brummbär". In 1988 she starred again on the side of Rourke in the sports drama Homeboy . Rourke embodied a boxer, Feuer his lover and Christopher Walken a corrupt boxing promoter. In the same year she was seen in a double episode of Miami Vice as Celeste . Most recently she stood in front of the camera in the short film No Pussyfooting in 2000 .
