Detlef Kraft
Detlef Kraft (born May 22, 1950 in Berlin ) is a German sculptor .
life and work
Detlef Kraft studied from 1970 to 1975 at the University of Fine Arts in Berlin .
In 1975 he was a master student with Joachim Schmettau .
From 1975 to 1976, Kraft was an assistant at the chair for elementary shapes in the architecture department of the Technical University of Braunschweig .
From 1977 to 1980 he worked as a freelancer in Berlin and Braunschweig . Kraft has been working as a freelance artist in Darmstadt since 1979 .
From 1980 to 1985 Kraft was assistant to Waldemar Grzimek in the architecture department of the Technical University of Darmstadt .
In 1986 he had a teaching position for freehand drawing at the Chamber of Crafts in Mainz .
From 1990 to 1991 Kraft had a teaching position for plastic basics at the Mainz University of Applied Sciences .
In 1997 he was visiting professor at the University of the Arts in Bremen .
