The German Formula 4 Championship 2018 (officially ADAC F4 Germany certified by FIA powered by Abarth 2018 ) was the fourth season of the German Formula 4 Championship . The championship took place in Germany and Austria . The season started on April 13, 2018 in the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben and ended on September 29, 2018 at the Hockenheimring .

It was announced in advance that the contract with the tire manufacturer Pirelli had been extended to 2020.

Teams and drivers

All teams and drivers used the Tatuus F4-T014 chassis . The Abarth 1.4 liter T-Jet was used as the engine. The tires were from Pirelli .
