Enzo Fittipaldi started karting at the age of four, and he contested his first major kart championships from 2009.
Automobile sport
In 2016, Fittipaldi and the Douglas Motorsport team took part in the Ginetta Junior Championship , a standard car series with the Ginetta G40 . He completed the first seven of ten race weekends and finished 18th in the final standings without a podium with 113 points.
Formula racing
At the beginning of November 2016, Fittipaldi was invited to join the Ferrari Driver Academy and confirmed as a permanent member in December. He contested his first Formula 4 championship in 2016/17 at the Mexican Formula 4 Championship , where he took part in the race weekend at Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez . With four points, Fittipaldi finished 20th at the end of the season. In 2017 Fittipaldi competed in German and Italian Formula 4 with Prema Powerteam . In Germany he only competed in three races as a guest starter and was unable to collect any points despite finishing third at the Nürburgring . In the Italian series, however, Fittipaldi finished ninth with 89 points, but he did not get a podium and was disqualified in the second race in Mugello . In 2018, Fittipaldi took part again in both Formula 4 championships with Prema and won the Italian series with seven wins and 303 points. In the German championship he finished third with a win at the Red Bull Ring . In 2019 Fittipaldi competed in the new Formula Regional European Championship racing series . He was able to win 2 races out of 24 race starts and thus secure second place behind Frederik Vesti .
