The Formula Regional European Championship 2019 was the first season of the Formula Regional European Championship as an FIA - Formula 3 racing series.

Teams and drivers

All teams and drivers use the Tatuus chassis F3 T-318 , 1750 TBi - turbo engine from Alfa Romeo - Autotecnica and tires from Pirelli .

Racing calendar

In 2019, eight race weekends were held with three races each. Only at the Vallelunga weekend was the third race canceled due to bad weather conditions and compensated for with a fourth race in Imola. With the exception of the Italian races, all race weekends were planned as a supporting program for other racing series, including the first race in France as a preliminary program for the European Le Mans Series .
