Dirk (Moritz) Weiermann (born March 1, 1979 in Mechernich ) is a German theater , film and television actor .

Life

Moritz completed an acting training at the Center for Movement, Drama and Dance in Cologne from 2000 to 2003 . He was seen on television in series such as Verbotene Liebe , Alarm für Cobra 11 - Die Autobahnpolizei and Die Kommissarin . A greater awareness he gained through the role of Lennard Albers in the ARD - telenovela Red roses , which he embodied in the episodes 353-824. He portrayed Eric Gercke in the series Lena - Love of my Life . Most recently, he was seen in the ARD soap Verbotene Liebe in the role of Daniel Fritzsche , which had previously been played by Markus Prinz . There he also met his current partner Renée Weibel , with whom he also played lovers in the series at times. The couple had their first child in 2018.

On October 2, 2017, it was officially announced that Moritz would join the RTL series Alles was geht. There he was seen as a supporting role from mid-October 2017 to the beginning of 2018.
