Search Impotenten Mann fürs Leben is a German comedy film from 2003. It is the literary film adaptation of the novel of the same name by Gaby Hauptmann .

Carmen is disappointed in the world of men. After her boyfriend Peter only wants sex from her again, she kicks him in front of the door and places an ad in which she is looking for an impotent man. She just doesn't want any more sexual stress, but wants to have a harmonious relationship with an intelligent man. Several men respond to her ad, who couldn't be more different. After experiencing several disappointments, she finds her dream man in David.
