Dmitri Olegowitsch Safronow ( Russian Дмитрий Олегович Сафронов , English transcription Dmitriy Safronov ; born October 8, 1981 ) is a Russian marathon runner .
In 2008 he finished third in the San Antonio Marathon and in 2009 he won the Podgorica Marathon .
In 2010 he finished sixth in the Daegu Marathon , won the bronze medal at the European Athletics Championships in Barcelona and came second in the Fukuoka Marathon .
