Dominique Beck

Dominique Beck (born May 31, 1772 in Sologne / Moselle ; † June 17, 1862 in Gau-Bickelheim ) was a Hessian politician . He was the mayor of Gau-Bickelheim and a member of the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

Dominique Beck was the son of Mayor Christoph Beck and his wife Margaretha nee Perrin (or: Jerrin). Dominique Beck, who was a Catholic, was married to Catharina nee Karlin and lived as a landowner in Gau-Bickelheim.

politics

Dominique Beck was mayor of Gau-Bickelheim from 1818 to 1831 and again from 1847 to 1853. In the 7th and 8th electoral terms (1835-1841) he was a member of the second chamber of the state estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse. In the state estates he represented the constituency Rheinhessen 4 / Wörrstadt .
