When in the late 13th century under the patronage of St. Stephen and St. Cyriac built choir tower bears the square choir the church tower . The early Gothic nave is just as wide as the tower. The triumphal arch is late Gothic and ogival . The pillars are easy with a plate and a half throat with profiled fighters provided. The sacristy and choir have a flat wooden ceiling . The nave has a barrel-shaped curved ceiling. The stained glass windows come from the Wilhelm Franke workshop in Naumburg . In the chancel there are two arched windows with figural scenes. Domglas Naumburg has been the successor company with archive documents since 1966 . There are five windows on the south side.

The pulpit is from the baroque era . The winged altar was made around 1500 and probably from the Saalfeld workshop. In the central shrine there are figures (the crowned Mary with the baby Jesus between Saints Stephen and Cyriacus), and on the wings there are paintings ( Saint Catherine , Saint Barbara , Saint Margaret , Saint Elizabeth ). The two Gothic crucifixes are damaged.

Over the centuries, natural stone construction has undergone several modifications and additions. In 1914 a major renovation took place.
