Dorothea Kreß (born August 26, 1924 in Pöide , Saaremaa , Estonia as Dorothea Seck ; † October 25, 2018 in Wilster ) was a German athlete . Her specialty was the shot put .

biography

Dorothea Kreß became German champion in the shot put in 1950 . In the following years she was able to win a complete set of medals with silver in 1951 and bronze in 1952 . At the 1952 Olympics in Helsinki reached in Shot Put the 11th place.
