Eckhard Wälzholz
Eckhard Wälzholz (* 1969 ) is a German notary and legal scholar.
Wälzholz studied law in Freiburg and Würzburg as well as economics at the University of Hagen . From 1992 to 1993 Wälzholz was the federal chairman of the Ring of Christian Democratic Students .
After his legal clerkship and his time as a notary assessor , he was appointed notary in Füssen in 2002 .
Wälzholz publishes regularly, especially in corporate law and tax law . He is also a member of MittBayNot's editorial board . He is a regular lecturer at the German Lawyers' Institute.
