On September 12, 2012, he played his first game as a professional in the Series A . He was substituted on against the Goiás EC in the 62nd minute. After Sasha spent the 2012 and 2013 seasons on loan at the Goiás EC, he came regularly to work at Internacional. A special highlight of his career was reaching the semifinals in the Copa Libertadores 2015 with Internacional, which was lost to the UANL Tigres . At the beginning of 2018 Eduardo Sasha was loaned to FC Santos . After completing the games for the state championship of São Paulo , the player moved permanently to Santos. He received a contract with the club until the end of 2022.

Sasha sued Santos in the labor court on July 22, 2020 for lack of payments and demanded the termination of his contract. This was granted to him through an injunction. However, on August 1, the judge who issued the injunction reversed his decision. The withdrawal was justified with a conflict of interest. It became known that the judge is a fan of Atlético Mineiro and that he is interested in signing Sasha. In August 2020, Sasha then moved to league rivals Atlético Mineiro. The transfer fee was 1.5 million euros.
