The Elisabeth Vinzenz Verbund is a supraregional German Catholic supporting company of hospitals , care facilities and training centers founded in 2013 , which began operations on January 1, 2014. With currently fifteen hospitals, around 3800 hospital beds and almost 8500 employees, the association is one of the largest Catholic hospital operators in Germany. The organization's patrons are Elisabeth von Thuringia and Vinzenz von Paul .

The shareholders of the central holding company are the Catholic Charity for Saint Elisabeth (KWA) and the Church Foundation St. Bernward Hildesheim with 75% and 25% respectively. The group's managing directors are Sven Ulrich Langner and Olaf Klok.

A supervisory board supports the management in an advisory, accompanying and controlling manner, in which religious sisters of the two foundations are also represented. Significant legal transactions and measures which, for example, have an impact on the net assets, financial position and results of operations of the association require its approval.
